The Wall Street Journal has been voted one of the top news sources for students. The Journal's accuracy and objective reporting of current events is crucial to education. Its student readership program is an excellent way to engage students with current events. Students can subscribe to this news source for a low price.

Student news readership program

The Wall Street Journal student newsletter readership program aims to attract young people interested in reading and reporting the newspaper's articles. Barron's, Far Eastern Economic Review and SmartMoney are the newspaper's sister publications. Students interested in being a member of the student readership can sign up to a one-year subscription for $15 per year.

The Student Affairs budget sponsored the program which gives students digital subscriptions of the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and other publications. The new subscription program also includes videos and podcasts. The program now includes the Commonwealth campuses. While the printed newspaper will still be available during the academic year, it will eventually go completely digital.
